Since its founding in 1977, Port City Playhouse has regularly earned awards from area theatre organizations for the artistic and technical excellence of its productions. That record of excellence continues in our 32nd season. Please join us for a year of great theatre!

Port City's 32nd Season Port City Playhouse is proud to maintain its tradition of giving audiences an exciting, innovative theatre experience with four outstanding plays for its 2009-2010 Jim Gauthier Memorial Season including:
With the upcoming 09-10 season, Port City will mark 32 years of outstanding theatrical productions. This season features plays chosen by their directors and is dedicated to Jim Gauthier, co-founder of Port City in 1977, who recently died of cancer in Phoenix, Arizona. His energy, humor, theatrical expertise, and warm heart will be greatly missed. Throughout Port City’s 32-year history, the company’s
boards of directors have been justifiably proud of the quality of plays
presented. And we feel our 32nd season's
lineup of plays will offer our audiences an especially good year of theatre.
